Trial health

Current health of the active trials (deals not yet Closed Won/Closed Lost), scored against the signals of a great trial. Values are graded, not pass/fail — a blank means "hasn't happened yet", and for the "day" columns lower = earlier in the trial = better. Everything is measured within the trial window (curated Notion Trial Start → Trial End, or to today while open).

Cells shaded pale red flag a weak signal. The thresholds: People ≤ 1; no self-written tests (Own tests = 0 / never); no failure caught (Failures seen = 0); no dashboard visits (Dashboard days = 0 / never); or Recent pass rate below 70% or no recent runs. Everything else is left white.

The five signals, and the column(s) that carry each:

• Getting multiple people involved → People (users on the org).
• Writing your own tests early → Own tests (count) + 1st own test (day of trial).
• Seeing a valid failure → Failures seen (test failures caught in-window); Confirmed = failures a customer verified as real (true positives) — the stronger signal, sparse until the feedback widget is used.
• Visiting the dashboard early → Dashboard days (distinct days) + 1st visit (day of trial).
• Ending with things passing → Recent pass rate (last 7 days of the window) over Recent runs.
